Customer service skills out of this world thank you so much! I love this hair,it's literally the best 613 hair I have purchased.It straightens bone straight I don't have a lot of shedding & the hair overall feels great.It has volume and bounce it moves & isn't stiff.Also I colored it & it still feels like it did when I received it.Safe to say this will be the vendor I use for 613 hair !!
