this unit is full, no shedding, the knots bleached well and the preplucked hairline is so good, I don't think I'll need to customize at all. This is my 3rd unit from this wig, its really good and I highly recommend I ordered that and recieved the unit Monday! The shipping is phenomenal (like always)
