I never purchased from this store before but I really love the hair!!! Its soft, bouncy and full. It is pre plucked but I did have to pluck it a bit more, to look more natural but after co-washing and letting air dry its gorgeous!!! My new favorite store!!

The wig is really pretty! Came pre plucked and with baby hairs, the wig is extremely soft and nice put up or down!

you have to pluck it to your likings and bleach Knots or color lace will be getting a longer one
