This was my first time ordering from this company and I would recommend this wig. First off the communication was perfect she was on it, when I was having issues with payment she definitely massaged me asap. Shipping took 3 days for me, This unit is beautiful and it’s super soft, I wore it in its natural state and I straightened it. No issues with tangling, it only shed when I cut the lace that’s it. The only thing I would change about this unit is for it to be thicker because it is thin for me. I love the length, I’m inches all day so I was very proud of that but other that I would definitely tell you to get this wig.
