This unit is gorgeous! I purchased an 22in and there was no smell and pre plucked. There is nothing additional customizing necessary. The unit is very full and very natural and came a few days before it was scheduled to arrive. this was definitely a great purchase mila did a great job with following up to make sure I received my unit and to make sure that everything was to my liking.
